Ogródek: privacy policy
In short
- The game has no account and no login. Your progress is saved only on your phone.
- The game shows ads. Ad providers use your device's advertising ID and, in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, only with the consent you choose on the first launch.
- We use Google Firebase to count how the game is played and to receive crash reports.
- Purchases go through Google Play. We never see your card or your Google account.
Who is responsible
The game is published by Pracownia - Adam Kusiak, ul. Żurawia 6/12 lok. 745, 00-503 Warszawa, Poland, NIP 5242696031, REGON 362824189. It is the controller of personal data processed through the game.

What the game stores on your phone
Your scores, records, seeds, garden, settings (sound, vibration) and purchased items are kept in one file inside the app's private storage on your phone. We do not send it to our servers; we do not run any servers for the game.
If Android backup to your Google account is turned on, Android may include this file in your device backup. Google runs this backup under your control and its own terms. Uninstalling the game deletes the file from the phone.
Advertising
The game is free and is paid for by ads: optional rewarded ads (for example to revive a game or water plants) and occasional full-screen ads. Ads are served by one provider:
- Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC): the ad network that chooses and shows every ad in the game. How Google uses data from apps that use its services.
To choose and show an ad, Google AdMob receives: your device's advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system version, language, approximate location derived from the IP address, and events such as an ad shown or clicked. Google may use this data to measure ads, prevent fraud and, if you agree, to show personalised ads.
Consent and how to change it
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, on the first launch the game shows a consent screen run by the Google User Messaging Platform and certified under the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF). Your choice is passed to Google AdMob. If you do not agree, you still get ads, but they are not personalised.
You can review or withdraw your consent at any time with Privacy settings in the game's pause menu. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.
Advertising ID
The advertising ID is a resettable identifier provided by Android. You can reset or delete it in Android settings: Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Settings → Google → Ads, depending on the phone). After deletion the ad providers receive a string of zeros instead of the ID and cannot use it to personalise ads.
Analytics and crash reports
We use these Google Firebase services (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC):
- Firebase Analytics: counts of how the game is played, for example a game started or finished, a mode chosen, an ad watched or a purchase made, together with an app instance ID, device model, operating system version and country.
- Firebase Crashlytics: a technical report when the game crashes (stack trace, device model, operating system version, app version, an installation ID).
- Firebase Remote Config: downloads game settings, such as how often ads may appear, so we can tune them without an update.
- Firebase Performance Monitoring: technical measurements of start-up time and screen smoothness.
We do not link this data to your name or Google account. Firebase privacy information.
Purchases
In-app purchases (removing ads, decoration packs) are processed by Google Play Billing (Google). We never receive your payment card details or your Google account. To check which purchases you own, the game uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.), which receives a random app user ID generated by the game, the purchase receipt from Google Play, the product, price and currency, the app version and the device's country. RevenueCat privacy policy, Google privacy policy.
Legal bases (GDPR)
- Personalised ads and storing or reading information on your device for them: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Delivering non-personalised ads, measuring ads, preventing fraud, analytics, crash reports and game settings: our legitimate interest in funding, running and fixing a free game (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Purchases and restoring them: performing the contract you make when you buy (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Transfers outside the EEA
Google and RevenueCat may process data in the United States and other countries. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long data is kept
The save file stays on your phone until you uninstall the game. Data received by the providers above is kept for the periods set out in their policies and in the retention settings of our Firebase project, and no longer than needed for the purposes described here.
Children
The game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided data through the game, write to us and we will ask the providers to delete it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. Because the game has no account, we do not know who you are; when you write, we will tell you how to find the identifiers the providers hold about your device.
You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa (uodo.gov.pl), or to the authority in your country. In the Philippines your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 can be raised with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
Changes
If the game starts using a new provider or new data, we will update this page and its effective date before the change reaches the game.
